Cherrybrook Village – Win a Styling Experience
PROMOTER
1. The “Promoters” is; Cherrybrook Village Shopping Centre, 41-47 Shepherds Drive, Cherrybrook Village, NSW North West 2126.
2. Promotional Period: The ‘Win a Styling Experience’ promotion (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9.00am, Monday 20 October 2025 and conclude at 11.59pm, Sunday 9 November 2025.
HOW TO ENTER
3. Make a spend of $20 or more at any specialty retailer or $100 or more at Woolworths. Multiple spends are allowed to reach the minimum spend.
4. Scan the QR code on the in-centre collateral or visit our website and fill in all requested details.
5. Upload a photo of your receipt as of purchase.
PRIZE AND DRAW
6. The prize is a luxury style experience including a personal colour analysis in the comfort of your own home, followed by lunch at The Brook Eatery. Then a two hour shopping experience at Cherrybrook Village to find fabulous new spring pieces plus a $800 gift card to spend.
7. Total prize pool is $1,796.
8. The major prize winner will be drawn at random by Centre Management or an appointed third party at 11.00am on Monday 10 November 2025.
9. The winner will be contacted by email or phone within 2 business days.
10. If despite every reasonable effort the winner cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place 2 weeks after the first draw takes place.
11. The prize must experienced in person between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
12. The prize is set and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
13. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by the Promotor and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.
14. Entry is open to Sydney residents only.
15. Entry is permitted multiple times across the promotional period, each entry must have a qualifying receipt.
16. Purchase of alcohol and tobacco cannot be included as a qualifying purchase.
17. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of Cherrybrook Village and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
18. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Conditions of Entry, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
20. The Major Prize Winner will be published on the Cherrybrook Village Facebook and Instagram page.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required.
22. If all or any part of the term and condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
