Thai food is light and spicy, aromatic and very fragrant. Most dishes can be ordered to your taste – mild, medium or hot but some dishes, especially curries, cannot be made completely mild. The dishes you select are cooked when your order them – everything is prepared fresh to ensure the most authentic taste and quality.
